The Advanced Effective Velocity Online Course is 12 sessions in a video based format of a PowerPoint voiced over lecture style when appropriate, then 2-3 videos of drills, descriptions and lessons broken down into simple to understand terms. We will cover the more advanced elements of Ev such as pitch sequencing, reading hitters and many different advanced aspects.
